Study on the Transition of Oil Refining Enterprises with Disqualified Production Capacity to the Logistics Industry

落后产能炼油企业成本偏高、市场竞争能力不强,面临紧迫的转型压力。本文基于炼油企业的资源优势、市场需求、政策导向、财务效益等因素,根据企业转型战略要求和目标,分析落后产能炼油企业向物流行业转型的可行性和转型路径。

With the improvement of environmental protection requirements,large-scale oil refining projects have economies of scale and price advantages,while refining companies with backward production capacity have high costs and weak market competence,and are therefore facing urgent pressure for transition.Based on the resource advantages,market demand,government’s policies,and financial benefits of oil refining enterprises,according to the transition strategy requirements and goals laid out by the central government,this paper analyzes the possibility and path of transition of oil refining enterprises with disqualified production capacity to the logistics industry.
