意念与骨骼肌最佳化发展

摘要 骨骼肌最佳化发展往往是当前研究的焦点,同样也是广大教练员、健身教练及其他相关从业者关注的焦点。骨骼肌最佳化发展的影响因素很多,其中,意念在骨骼肌最佳化发展中也会起到积极的作用。当注意力集中在内部时,肌肉肥大的3种主要机制,即机械张力、代谢应激和肌肉损伤的分子信号传导可能会增强,从而促进骨骼肌最佳化发展。尤其是对低负荷训练,这种策略的效果似乎更加有益。
