探究生活事件和生存理由对抑郁情绪的影响--以“广州地区大学生”为例

Exploring the influence of living reasons and life events on depressive mood of college students in Guangzhou area

目的 调查广州地区大学生抑郁情绪状况,探究广州地区大学生生存理由和生活事件对抑郁情绪的影响。方法 于2018年3月开始进行多阶段随机抽取广州地区9所高校大一至大五的学生作为研究对象进行问卷调查;采用t检验、χ2检验分析数据差异性;借助二分类logistic回归分析抑郁情绪危险因素。结果 广州地区大学生抑郁情绪的检出率为40.7%;存在抑郁情绪的大学生的受惩罚、健康因子、学习压力与人际关系显著高于常模(P<0.05),且其生存理由各因子得分均低于常模(P<0.05);Logistic回归分析显示,大四学生中重度抑郁情绪的风险约为大一新生的5倍。健康、学习压力使中重度抑郁情绪风险增加;丧失、未来乐观、自杀恐惧可降低中重度抑郁情绪的风险。结论 广州地区大学生抑郁情绪的检出率较以往高,抑郁情绪的发生主要与生活事件的健康适应、受惩罚、学习压力和人际关系维度有关,生存理由可能为抑郁情绪的保护因素。

Objective To investigate the depressive mood of college students in Guangzhou,and to explore the influence of living reasons and life events on depressive mood of college students in Guangzhou.Methods Started from March 2018,students( freshmen to fifth-year students) from nine colleges or universities in Guangzhou were selected for questionnaires by multi-step random sampling method. T-test and χ~2-test were used to analyze the difference of data. Risk factors of depression were analyzed by binary logistic regression.Results The prevalence of depression among college students in Guangzhou was 40.7%. The punishment,health factors,learning pressure and interpersonal relationship of college students with depression were significantly higher than those of the norm( P<0.05),and the scores of each factor of survival reason were lower than those of the norm( P<0.05). Logistic regression analysis showed that middle and severe depression was found in the senior students. The risk is about five times that of freshmen. Health and learning stress increased the risk of moderate to severe depression;loss,future optimism and suicide fear could reduce the risk of moderate to severe depression.Conclusions The prevalence of depression among college students in Guangzhou is higher than before. The occurrence of depression is mainly related to the health adaptation of life events,punishment,learning pressure and interpersonal dimension. The reason for survival may be the protective factor of depression.
