早期营养干预对先天性巨结肠患儿营养风险的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨早期营养干预对先天性巨结肠患儿营养风险的影响。方法选取2015年2月—2019年2月本院收治的患有先天性巨结肠患儿24例作为研究对象,随机数表法分为对照组和研究组两组,每组各12例。对照组给予常规护理,研究组给予早期营养干预。比较两组患儿营养状况改善情况、排便功能情况及首次大便时间和住院时间。结果研究组营养不良率低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组护理后10 d的Pre-ALB及RBP水平均高于对照组,CRP水平低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组排便功能优良率高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组住院天数及首次排便时间均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论先天性巨结肠患儿术后积极开展早期营养干预,促进患儿胃肠蠕动,提早患儿首次大便时间,有利于胃肠功能的尽早适应,患儿营养状况有着较大改善,加速患儿的身体康复,缩短住院时间。早期营养干预是一种安全有效的临床营养支持方式,值得推荐应用。 Objective To investigate the effect of early nutrition intervention on the nutritional risk of children with congenital megacolon.Methods Twenty-four children with congenital megacolon from February 2015 to February 2019 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received routine nursing and the study group gave early nutrition intervention.The improvement of nutritional status,defecation function,first bowel time and hospitalization time were compared between the two groups.Results The malnutrition rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The Pre-ALB and RBP levels in the study group were higher than those in the control group at 10th day after treatment,and the CRP level was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The hospitalization days and the first defecation time in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions For children with Hirschsprung's disease,postoperative active early nutrition intervention helps to promote gastrointestinal motility and the first time of bowel movement in early children,it is beneficial to the early adaptation of gastrointestinal function.The nutritional status of children is greatly improved,and the children are accelerated and hospital stay is shortened,early nutritional intervention is a safe and effective clinical nutritional support,worthy of recommendation.
