急诊科护士心理集体主义现状分析及影响因素调查

The analysis of the present situation of psychological collectivism of nurses and its influencing factors

目的调查分析急诊科护士心理集体主义现状及影响因素。方法于2017年1月—2018年1月采用便利抽样方法选取焦作市7家医院急诊科护士249名作为研究对象。使用基本情况问卷和心理集体主义量表(PCS)对其进行调查。结果急诊科护士心理集体主义得分为(51.74±9.26)分,条目平均得分为(3.43±0.62)分。单因素和线性回归分析结果显示,学历、职称、是否有子女、是否结婚、护龄和月工资均是急诊科护士心理集体主义的显著影响因素(P<0.05)。结论急诊科护士心理集体主义水平相对较高,应充分意识到护士心理集体主义重要性,改善急诊科护士对集体的心理倾向。

Objective To investigate the current situation of psychological collectivism of nurses in emergency department and analyze the influencing factors.Methods From January 2017 to January 2018,249 nurses in emergency department of 7 hospitals in Jiaozuo city were selected as the study object by convenient sampling method.Basic situation questionnaire and psychological collectivism scale(PCS)were used to investigate them.Results The score of psychological collectivism in nurses from emergency department was 51.74±9.26,and the average score was 3.43±0.62.The results of univariate and linear regression analysis showed that education background,professional title,children,marriage,nursing age and monthly salary were all significant factors affecting the psychological collectivism of nurses in emergency department(P<0.05).Conclusions The level of psychological collectivism of nurses in emergency department is relatively high.We should fully realize the importance of psychological collectivism of nurses and improve their psychological tendency to collectivism.
