摘要
基层社会治理中,社会工作专业人才队伍的建设有利于基层社会治理能力提升,是实现社会治理专业化的重要基础。吉林省社会工作专业人才队伍建设获得了较大力度的政策支持,队伍发展速度较快,社会对社会工作的职业认可度加强,社区治理专业化水平得到提升。但社会工作专业人才队伍的建设还存在一定的问题,主要包括:人才数量不足,未形成合理的人才队伍架构,工作内容缺乏专业性,服务项目缺乏长期性。未来社会工作专业人才队伍的发展,应该提高全社会对社会工作的认知,形成社会工作专业化、职业化的理念;充分利用高校资源,提升基层治理中专业社会工作人才的水平和能力;加大对民办社会工作机构的扶持力度;增加政府购买中长期稳定性项目的内容。
In grass-roots social governance,the construction of the social work professional talent team is conducive to the improvement of grass-roots social governance ability,and is an important foundation for the realization of social governance specialization.The construction of the social work professional talent team in Jilin Province has obtained a great deal of policy support,the team has developed rapidly,the professional recognition of the society on the social work has been strengthened,and the level of community governance specialization has been improved.However,there are still some problems in the construction of the social work professional talent team,mainly including lack of sufficient talents,lack of reasonable talent team structure,lack of professionalism in work contents,lack of long-term service projects.For the future development of the social work professional talent team,we should improve the awareness of the whole society on the social work,and form the concept of social work specialization and professionalization;make full use of university resources,and improve the level and ability of professional social work talents in grassroots governance;increase the support to the private social work institutions;increase the contents of long-term stable projects in government purchase.
