摘要
近年来我国开始在走廊资源紧张地区采用地下长距离高电压GIL管廊。对GIL盾构管廊工程施工期和运行期的环境影响特征进行了总结。与常规输变电工程相比,GIL盾构管廊工程应关注在施工期地表水环境和固体废弃物及运行期电磁环境和大气环境等方面的影响特征。GIL盾构管廊施工期地表水环境影响中需重视的是以盾构废水为代表的施工废水,应尽量做到回收利用。GIL盾构管廊施工产生的弃渣量大,处理方法首先应考虑综合利用,在无法综合利用的情况下才可考虑填埋。GIL的电磁环境影响非常小,基本可忽略,但终端场的电磁环境影响应予考虑。GIL绝缘气体的密封技术和监控技术已很成熟,其对大气环境的影响可得到有效控制。
In recent years,several long-distance underground tunnels of high voltage GIL are being implemented in regions with limited corridors in China.Key characteristics of environmental impacts of GIL shield tunnel during construction and operation period were summarized in this paper.During construction period,surface water and solid waste impacts of GIL shield tunnel should be paid attention to compared with conventional power transmission and distribution project.Compared with conventional project,electromagnetic environment and atmospheric environment impacts of GIL shield tunnel should be paid attention to during operation period.Surface water impacts during construction should be focused on construction wastewater such as shield wastewater,which should be utilized as possible.The amount of waste soil during construction is large.Optimization ways to deal with it is comprehensive utilization.Landfill would be considered in the case that utilization is infeasible.Electromagnetic environment impacts of terminal field should be concerned,in addition which of GIL is quite little.Sealing and monitoring techniques of insulating gas in GIL have been quite mature,so atmospheric environment impacts of GIL could be controlled effectively.
