大学生递增负荷运动前后的血压心率变化及影响因素分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探索大学生递增负荷运动前后血压心率的变化特征及影响因素。方法:以100名身体健康大学生为研究对象,以功率自行车递增负荷运动直至力竭为运动方式,测定运动前、运动后即刻(0min)、运动后5min、10min的血压和心率值,并分析性别、运动习惯等相关影响因素。结果:大学生力竭递增负荷运动后,血压、心率值均大幅度升高,且休息10min后仍高于运动前水平;无运动习惯组运动前后各时间点的心率(HR)、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)均明显高于有运动习惯组;男性的SBP在运动前后各时间点均高于女性,但HR、DBP均低于女性。结论:在递增负荷运动的情况下,血压和心率明显升高,经常参加体育运动者更有利于稳定血压和心率的反应,运动有助于大学生人群预防早期高血压。 Objective:To explore college students'degrees of reaction and inf luencing factors in blood pressure and heart rate before and after load experiment.Methods:The way of exercise is to increase the load of power bicycle until exhaustion,the blood pressure and heart rate of 100 College students were detected for electronic magnetometer for four times——before load experiment,after load experiment,5minutes after load experiment and 10 minutes after load experiment.Meanwhile,the gender and exercise habit.Results:The research was that after exercise load experiment,those college students'blood pressure and heart rate substantially increased,and they were still higher before 10 minutes'rest.The HR、SBP、DBP before and after exercise in the group without exercise habit were signif icantly higher than those in the group with exercise habit.Male subjects'SBP were conspicuously higher than female subjects,but HR、DBP lower than female subjects.Conclusion:In the case of increasing load exercise,blood pressure and heart rate increase signif icantly,regular sports are more conducive to stabilize the blood pressure and heart rate response,exercise helps colleges students to prevent early hypertension.
