新时期我国职工体育发展制约因素及对策研究

职工体育是我国社会体育的重要组成部分,大力发展职工体育对当下“体育强国”的建设具有重大现实意义。基于此,本文通过运用文献资料法等,分析出当代我国职工体育发展主要存在制约因素:领导层重视不足,经费不足;组织方式传统单一;企业体育文化氛围不足。针对以上因素,企业专项拨款,向外拓宽经费来源;创新体育活动方式,丰富体育项目;构建职工体育文化氛围是行之有效的解决对策。

The employee sports is an important part of our country's social sports,vigorously develop the employee sports to the current"sports power"construction has great practical signif icance.This study,by using the method of literature and other materials,identif ied the following problems in the development of contemporary employee sports in China:insuf f icient attention from the leadership and insuf f icient funds.Traditional organization mode is single.Insuf f icient corporate sports culture atmosphere.In view of the above problems,the enterprise special allocation,to expand the source of funds.Innovating sports activities and enriching sports programs.It is an effective countermeasure to construct the staff sports culture atmosphere.
