构建高校野外生存训练安全组织与管理模式的实证研究

考虑到野外生存训练的实际需要,本文以野外生存理论为指导,在野外生存实践训练的基础上,运用文献资料法、实证研究法等研究方法,提出了大学生野外生存训练的安全组织和管理模式,构建了一套可行的野外生存训练安全保障体系。该模式涵盖了野外生存实践训练中包括学生的组织与管理、领队教师及学生各自的职责任务等各个环节。该模式对野外生存训练实践的风险规避效果良好,对保障野外生存训练高质量的完成具有重要的现实意义。

Considering the actual requirement of wilderness survival training,under the guidance of the wilderness survival theory,and based on the practical training of wilderness survival,the thesis proposes the SOMM(security organization and management mode)dur ing wilderness sur vival training for col lege students and constructs a feasible security guarantee system for the wilderness survival training by adopting methods of documentary analysis and the empirical approach,etc.The SOMM covering all links during the wilderness survival training,such as the organization and management of students,duties and responsibilities of leading teachers and students.The thesis also achieves good effect on the risk avoidance during the wilderness survival training and has an important practical signif icance for guaranteeing the high quality accomplishment of wilderness survival training.
