宫颈癌术后IMRT和VMAT放疗技术剂量学探讨

Research of postoperative patients with cervical cancer dosimetry of IMRT and VMAT radiotherapy technology

目的:总结和探讨宫颈癌术后IMRT和VMAT放疗技术剂量学特点。方法:选择12例宫颈癌术后患者,所有患者均同时采用容积弧形调强放射治疗(VMAT)与固定野动态调强放射治疗(IMRT)进行放疗设计。对比两者的剂量分布、机器跳数及时间长短。结果:两种方法的受照剂量对比无统计学差异(P>0.05),而VMAT技术的机器跳数和治疗时间则明显少于IMRT(P<0.05)。结论:宫颈癌术后VMAT和IMRT放疗技术的放射剂量无明显差异;前者的机器跳数和治疗时间则明显少于后者,更适用于临床。

Objective To summarize and explore the dosimetric characteristics of IMRT and VMAT radiotherapy after cervical cancer surgery.Methods 12 cases of cervical cancer were treated with Volumetric Modulated Arc therapy (VMAT) and fixed field dynamic intensity modulated radiation therapy (IMRT).Compare the dose distribution,machine hop count and length of time.Results There was no statistical difference in the doses of the two methods (P>0.05),while the machine hops and treatment time of VMAT technique were significantly less than IMRT (P<0.05).Conclusion There is no significant difference in radiation dose between VMAT and IMRT radiotherapy after cervical cancer surgery;the former has significantly fewer machine hops and treatment time than the latter,and is more suitable for clinical using.
