摘要
目的:评价64排螺旋CT三维重建技术评估稳定性骨盆骨折的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析我院2015年6月-2019年6月收治的20例骨盆骨折患者的临床资料,结合手术结果,对64排螺旋CT三维重建及X线两种影像学检查方式对各个部位骨折诊断准确率进行观察和比较。结果:在不同部位骨折检查中,64排螺旋CT三维重建诊断准确率皆比X线检查高(P<0.05),且骨折总诊断准确率明显比X线检查高(P<0.05)。结论:在骨盆骨折诊断方式中,CT检查有效率较高,而对64排螺旋CT三维重建技术加以应用,可使盆骨骨折诊断准确率得到进一步提高。
Objective To evaluate the application value of 64-slice spiral CT three-dimensional reconstruction technique to evaluate the stability of pelvic fracture.Methods The clinical data of 20 patients with pelvic fracture from June 2015 to June 2019 were analyzed retrospectively.Results The accuracy of the three-dimensional reconstruction of 64-row helical CT was higher than that of the X-ray (P <0.05),and the accuracy of the total diagnosis was higher than that of the X-ray (P <0.05).Conclusion In the diagnosis of pelvic fracture,CT examination is more efficient,and the application of 64-row spiral CT three-dimensional reconstruction can further improve the diagnosis accuracy of pelvic fracture.
