心脏彩超应用在高血压性心脏病诊断中的效果观察

Effect of cardiac color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of hypertensive heart disease

目的:探讨研究高血压性心脏病患者通过心脏彩超诊断的效果及应用。方法:选取我院收治的48例经临床诊断为高血压性心脏病的患者进行研究观察,将患者分为观察组24例与对照组24例。观察组对患者应用心脏彩超进行诊断,对照组对患者应用心电图进行检查,对观察组与对照组患者的诊断结果进行对比分析。结果:观察组患者的诊断正确率为91.67%,对照组患者的诊断正确率为66.67%,观察组患者的左室增大、左室肥厚、左房增大与主动脉弹性减退等诊断正确率均优于对照组,(P<0.05)差异具有统计学意义。结论:心脏彩超检查和心电图诊断对于高血压性心脏病患者都有较好的诊断效果,但是心脏彩超在本次研究中的诊断效果更好,有利于提高高血压性心脏病诊断的准确性。

Objective To investigate the effect and application of cardiac color Doppler diagnosis in patients with hypertensive heart disease.Methods 48 patients who underwent surgical diagnosis of hypertensive heart disease were enrolled in our hospital.The patients were divided into observation group (24 cases) and control group (24 cases).The control group was examined by ECG,and the observation group was diagnosed with cardiac color Doppler ultrasound.The diagnosis Results of the observation group and the control group were compared.Results The diagnostic accuracy rate of the observation group was 91.67%,and the diagnostic accuracy of the control group was 66.67%.The diagnostic accuracy of left ventricular enlargement,left ventricular hypertrophy,left atrial enlargement and aortic elasticity decreased in the observation group.All were better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Cardiac color Doppler ultrasonography and electrocardiogram diagnosis have a good diagnostic effect on patients with hypertensive heart disease,but the effect of cardiac color Doppler ultrasound in this study is better,which is conducive to improving the accuracy of diagnosis of hypertensive heart disease.
