探讨心电图单纯左心室高电压(即QRS波群高电压)诊断左心室肥厚的敏感性、准确性及其临床意义

To explore the sensitivity,accuracy and clinical significance of ECG in the diagnosis of left ventricular hypertrophy

目的:探讨心电图单纯左心室高电压(即QRS波群高电压)诊断左心室肥厚的敏感性、准确性及其临床意义。方法:将2017年10月-2018年10月本院收治的50例左心室肥厚患者进行本次研究,按照挂号先后顺序均分为参照组和观察组,各25例。参照组用常规心电图诊断,观察组用心电图单纯左心室高电压诊断,比较两组的诊断结果。结果:检查后,参照组的诊断结果情况显著差于观察组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:心电图单纯左心室高电压(即QRS波群高电压)在诊断左心室肥厚中的敏锐度较大,而且保障了左心室肥厚诊断的准确性,在临床上具有较高的诊断价值,值得使用。

Objective To investigate the sensitivity,accuracy and clinical significance of ECG in the diagnosis of left ventricular hypertrophy.Methods 50 patients with LVH admitted to our hospital from October 2017 to October 2018 were divided into reference group and observation group according to the order of registration,25 cases each.The patients in the control group were diagnosed by routine ECG,while those in the observation group were diagnosed by left ventricular high voltage.Results After examination,the diagnosis result of the reference group was significantly worse than that of the observation group (P < 0.05).Conclusion The sensitivity of ECG in the diagnosis of LVH is high,and it can guarantee the accuracy of LVH.
