基于氢质子磁共振波谱技术评价音乐治疗对脑卒中后认知功能障碍患者康复效果的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的:基于氢质子磁共振波谱技术(HMRS)评价音乐治疗对脑卒中后认知功能障碍(PSCI)患者康复效果的影响。方法:选择在我院治疗的PSCI患者54例,随机分为观察组与对照组各27例。两组给予常规康复与护理,观察组还增加音乐治疗。康复治疗前以及4周后采用HMRS、蒙特利尔认知评定量表(MoCA),比较两组海马区N-乙酰天冬氨酸(NAA) 以及NAA与肌酸(Cr)的比值变化与MoCA评分变化。结果:观察组康复治疗后MoCA评分、NAA、NAA/Cr均明显高于同期对照组(P<0.01)。结论:对PSCI患者在认知功能训练基础之上辅以聆听式音乐治疗,有效提高患者脑部NAA水平,促进认知功能障碍康复。
