摘要 为了提高矿井污水处理能力,实现污水循环恒压利用,通过反复分析研究,设计了一套煤矿闭式恒压循环污水处理系统。该系统主要采用磁分离水体净化成套技术设备,电控系统的主机通过安装软件实现远程控制,系统不仅能实现污水循环处理,达到变频恒压供水的目的,还能降低矿井内污水排放量,提高污水处理能力。该系统投入使用后,取得了显著效益。 In order to improve the capacity of mine sewage treatment and realize the constant pressure utilization of sewage recycling,a closed constant pressure circulating sewage treatment system for coal mine has been proposed through repeated analysis and research.The system mainly used a complete set of technical equipment of magnetic separation water purification,and the host of the electronic control system realized remote control by installing software.This system can not only realize the sewage recycling treatment,achieve the purpose of variable frequency constant pressure water supply,but also can reduce the amount of sewage discharged in the mine and improve the sewage treatment capacity.After putting the system into use,remarkable benefits have been achieved.
