摘要
针对传统串行通信在煤矿井下应用的弊端,探讨了结合CAN总线的多主结构、可靠性高、传输速度快、传输距离远、容错能力强、组网方便等特点,研究设计了采煤设备电气系统的CAN总线网络构建及CAN网络实现的软件工作流程。结果表明,基于这一研究的多种采煤设备的智能化、自动化程度显著提高,保证了煤矿的安全、快速生产,并在全国各大矿区得到了广泛应用。
In view of the disadvantages of the traditional serial communication in the coal mine underground application,discussed the CAN bus network construction of the electrical system of the coal mining equipment and the software workflow of the realization of the can network in combination with the characteristics of the CAN bus,such as multiple main structure,high reliability,fast transmission speed,long transmission distance,strong fault tolerance and convenient networking.The results showed that the intelligence and automation of various mining equipments based on this research had been greatly improved,which could ensure the safety and rapid production of coal mines,and had been widely used in major mining areas of the country.
