摘要
针对旧绳带新绳工艺存在的问题,红庆河煤矿主井决定采用换绳车更换首绳的工艺,即利用设备的摩擦衬垫夹持钢丝绳进行收旧绳、放新绳,可有效保护新钢丝绳,其提升绳为6根直径50 mm,长度为860 m的钢丝绳,更换施工时间不到24 h,该工艺不仅安全高效而且为主井节约了提煤生产时间。该工艺经使用具备推广价值。
In view of the problems existing in the process of old rope belt and new rope,the main shaft of Hongqinghe Coal Mine decided to adopt the process of changing rope truck to replace the first rope,which used the friction pad of the equipment to clamp the old rope and laid the new rope,so the old rope and the new rope can be effectively protected.The lifting rope has six ropes with a diameter of 50 mm and a length of 860 m,and the construction time is less than 24 hours.This process is not only safe and efficient,but also can save the production time of coal lifting for the main well.The process is worth popularizing.
