运煤车卷缆滚筒电缆安全应用的技术措施

Technical Measures for Safety Application of Reel Drum Cable of Coal Mine Truck

针对煤矿井下运煤车卷缆滚筒收放电缆时有发生漏电、拉断、挤压等多种故障的情况,提出杜绝此类故障的具体措施,即从使用、设计、质量及装配、试验等方面采取措施。实际应用结果表明,多种措施的实施完全保障了卷缆滚筒电缆的应用安全性。

In view of the leakage,breakage,extrusion and other faults occurring in the receiving and discharging cable of the reel drum on the coal truck at the underground coal mine,the specific measures for eliminating such faults have been put forward,which takes measures from the use,design,quality and assembly,testing and other aspects.The practical application results showed that the implementation of various measures could fully guarantee the application safety of reel drum cable.
