喉罩和气管插管在昏迷患者急救中应用的Meta分析

A Meta analysis of clinical effect of laryngeal mask versus tracheal intubation in emergency for patients with deep coma

目的:系统性比较喉罩和气管插管在昏迷患者抢救中的有效性和安全性。方法:检索万方、中国知网、维普和中国生物文献数据库等中外文数据库相关文献,并纳入符合条件的研究,采用风险比(risk ratio,RR)和平均标准差(mean standard difference,SMD)作为效应量,建立效应模型进行敏感性分析,并制作漏斗图检测发表偏倚。结果:喉罩的总有效率优于气管插管,插管时间较短,气道并发症的发生风险也较低。结论:喉罩在昏迷患者抢救中的有效性和安全性均优于气管插管。

Objective:To compare of the effectiveness and safety of laryngeal mask and endotracheal intubation in the rescue of comatose patients.Methods:Search Chinese database including Wanfang,CNKI,Weipu and CBMdisc and English database including PubMed and Scopus,read relevant literature references of meet a cordition.Risk ratio(RR)and mean standard difference(SMD)were used as effect quantities,sensitivity analysis was performed by changing effects model and publication bias was tested by funnel plots.Results:The total effective rate of the laryngeal mask was superior than that of the tracheal intubation,the intubation time is also shorter and the risk of airway complications was also lower.Conclusion:The effectiveness and safety of the laryngeal mask in the rescue of comatose patients is superior to tracheal intubation.
