工匠精神是特定时代工匠行为所体现的精神特质,而特定时代具有特定时代主题,呼唤出新的时代精神。工匠时代渐行渐远,然而,在全球化竞争中,激发人们对创新与高质量发展的关注,又重新唤起人们对"工匠精神"的记忆与探讨。基于此,解析工匠精神,研究传统工匠的存在与工匠精神的存在形态,现代职业分工与管理专业化背景下工匠精神的载体与形态演变,高质量发展导向下的时代精神与工匠精神的关联性。借此矫正我们不切时宜地再造工匠精神的认识局限,重塑新时代制造业的制度文化。

Craftsman spirit is the spiritual characteristic embodied in craftsmen’ behavior in a specific era, which has a specific theme of the times and calls for a new spirit of the times. The age of craftsmen is getting far away from us. However, in the present global competitions, it arouses people’s attention to innovation and high-quality development, and arouses people’s memory of "craftsman spirit"and explores"craftsman spirit". Based on this, this paper analyses the spirit of craftsmen, studies the existing form of traditional craftsmen and craftsmen spirit, the carrier and evolution of craftsmen’ spirit under the background of modern professional division of labor and management specialization, and the correlation between the spirit of the times and the spirit of craftsmen under the guidance of high-quality development. In this way, we can correct our inappropriate limitations of re-engineering the spirit of craftsmen and reshape the institutional culture of manufacturing industry in the new era.
