摘要
为了能够检测电力变压器绕组的微小缺陷,提高压器绕组变形检测的灵敏度,降低误判率,该文设计并研制了纳秒脉冲激励单元及时频响应单元,开发出基于纳秒脉冲法的变压器绕组变形检测系统,并针对变压器绕组的匝间短路、线圈轴向移位等绕组缺陷进行现场实验测试,同时将纳秒脉冲法与频响分析法(Frequency response analysis,FRA)的测试数据进行对比研究。实验结果表明,纳秒脉冲法变压器绕组变形检测系统不仅能有效地检测出变压器绕组变形,而且比传统的频响分析法具有更高的检测灵敏度。
In order to detect imperfections of the power transformer winding,improve the sensitivity of transformer winding deformation detection as well as reduce misjudgment rate,this paper not only designs the nanosecond pulse excitation unit and the time-frequency response unit,but also develops the transformer winding deformation detection system based on the nanosecond pulse method which is used to test the turn-to-turn fault and the coil axial displacement of transformer winding.The experimental results of the nanosecond pulse method are compared with the frequency response analysis(FRA).Experimental results show that the detecting system can effectively identify transformer winding deformation and has high detection sensitivity.
