代际经济支持与我国中老年人健康机会不平等的关系

A Study on the Opportunity Inequality in Complete Health of Old People:Based on the Intergenerational Economic Support

我国中老年人健康水平与代际经济支持之间存在相互促进作用,且代际经济支持是导致健康机会不平等的重要原因。控制政府可调控因素后,不同户籍、区域间中老年人健康机会不平等程度会缩小。因此,政府部门应不断为中老年人营造良好的客观环境,激发个体主观努力能动性,如从医疗保险、健身活动场所、服务类组织和工业污染源距离等方面改善健康机会不平等程度,进而减轻子女的养老负担。

There is a mutual promotion between health level and intergenerational economic support,and the intergenerational economic support is one of the important reasons leading to unequal health opportunities.After controlling the government’s adjustable and controllable factors,the degree of inequality in health opportunities of middle-aged and old people who are in different household registration and regions in China will be reduced.Therefore,to improve the inequality of health opportunities,and reduce the burden of the children’s pension,the government departments should constantly create a good objective environment for the middle-aged and the elderly,and stimulate individual subjective initiative,such as medical insurance,fitness venues,service organizations and the distance of industrial pollution source.
