科技人员创业融入人才培养体系的实践与探索--以温州科技职业学院为例

Practice and Exploration of Science and Technology Personnel’s Integration into Talent Training System:Taking Wenzhou Vocational College of Science and Technology as an Example

在分析创新创业人才培养现状不能满足创新型国家建设对科技创新型人才需求的基础上,重新定位高校科技人员在创新创业人才培养体系中的重要作用。以温州科技职业学院为研究对象,探索将科技人员创业融入创新创业人才培养过程,形成"导师+项目+团队"的人才培养体系,以期丰富和拓展高等职业教育创新创业人才培养模式,在推动科技人员成果转化的同时带动大学生创业由单纯复制型向科技创新型转变。

This paper re-orientates the important role of university staff in the cultivation system of innovative on the basis of analyzing the actual needs of the innovative country construction. Taking Wenzhou Vocational College of Science and Technology as the research object, the paper explores the university staff who undertake innovation into talent training system, and forms "Tutor + Project + Team" talent training system, in order to enrich and expand the training mode of talent training system in higher vocational education, while promoting the transformation of scientific and technological personnel’s achievements, also promote the transformation of university students’ entrepreneurship from simple replication to scientific and technological innovation.
