摘要
通过选取2005-2016年中国省际面板数据,从科技资本和人员投入两个视角探究科技要素投入对产业结构升级的影响,研究发现科技资本投入增加能够促进产业结构升级,科技人员投入增加却会抑制产业结构升级;分不同地区的实证显示,东部和西部科技资本投入正向推动产业结构升级,中部科技要素投入没有促进产业结构升级。因此,科技要素对中国产业结构升级的作用仍有较大的提升空间,科技人才需要引导至产业结构升级的领域。
By selecting the interprovincial panel data of China from 2005-2016, this paper explores the influenceof scientific and technological factor investment on the upgrading of industrial structure from the perspective ofscientific and technological capital and personnel investment, the study finds that increase in investment in science andtechnology capital could promote the upgrading of industrial structure, while increase in investment in scientific andtechnological personnel could inhibit the upgrading of industrial structure. Further evidence from different regions ofChina shows that, in the eastern and western regions, the investment of science and technology capital is promotingthe upgrading of industrial structure, and the investment of science and technology elements in the central region hasnot promoted the upgrading of industrial structure. Therefore, the role of science and technology elements on theupgrading of China’s industrial structure still has a large room for improvement, scientific and technological personnelneeds to guide to the field of industrial structure upgrading.
