摘要
知识产权质押融资风险由于存在很大的不确定性,因此在评价中可以运用区间数对各项指标进行赋值,区间数相似理想解排序(TOPSIS)法的应用在一定程度上解决了不确定性指标赋值的主观性问题,但也存在一定的缺陷。运用马氏距离对欧氏距离进行替换,克服属性之间存在线性相关性时欧氏距离失效的缺陷,同时引入联系向量距离,解决可能存在的距离正理想解近的方案也可能距离负理想解近的问题,从而综合马氏距离和联系向量距离,较为全面地对TOPSIS法进行改进。最后运用改进后的区间数TOPSIS法对知识产权质押融资风险进行评价,并对评价结果进行比较分析。
Because of the great uncertainty of financing risk of intellectual property pledge, the interval number canbe used to assign value to each index, the application of the interval number TOPSIS method solves the subjectiveproblem of uncertainty index assignment to a certain extent, but there are also certain defects. In this paper, Markovdistance is used to replace Euclidean distance, to overcome the defect of Euclidean distance failure when there is linearcorrelation between the attributes, and the linkage vector distance is introduced to solve the problem that the possibledistance positive ideal solution may be close to the negative ideal solution, thus, the TOPSIS method is improvedcomprehensively by synthesizing the Markov distance and the connection vector distance. Finally, the TOPSIS methodwith improved interval number is used to evaluate the financing risk of intellectual property pledge, and the results ofthe evaluation are compared and analyzed.
