知识产权质押融资有利于缓解中小企业的融资难题,但其隐藏的巨大风险阻碍了知识产权质押融资的发展。从知识产权质押融资各个利益相关者视角出发,对知识产权质押融资风险进行深入分析,发现知识产权质押融资风险贯穿于融资的整个过程,分布在各个参与主体;并对当前市场上典型的知识产权质押模式进行对比分析,发现都未能从整体上解决知识产权质押融资的风险。根据研究发现,从政府、银行、企业和中介机构等方面提出相关对策建议,各个相关利益主体要共同发力,形成以政府主导、市场参与、多方联动的风险分散格局,以期为化解知识产权质押融资风险、推动知识产权质押融资发展提供可靠的路径选择和方法指导。

Intellectual property pledge financing is helpful to alleviate the financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises, but its hidden huge risks hinder the development of intellectual property pledge financing. From theperspective of various stakeholders in intellectual property pledge financing, this paper makes an in-depth analysis of therisks of intellectual property pledge financing, and finds out that the risks of intellectual property pledge financing runthrough the whole process of financing and are distributed among various participants. After comparing and analyzingthe typical models of intellectual property pledge in the current market, it is found that none of them can solve therisks of intellectual property pledge financing as a whole. According to the research findings, relevant countermeasuresand suggestions are put forward from the government, banks, enterprises and intermediary organizations, all relevantstakeholders should make joint efforts to form a risk dispersion pattern with government leading, market participationand multi-party linkage. The research aims to provide reliable path choice and method guidance for resolving the riskof intellectual property pledge financing and promoting the development of intellectual property pledge financing.
