摘要
农村电子商务的发展对精准扶贫、培育农村经济新增长点、缩小城乡差距有重要作用。为进一步了解我国农村电子商务的发展历程,选取2003年~2017年我国农村电子商务相关指标,运用主成分分析法,对我国农村电子商务发展情况进行了测度。结果表明,自2003年以来,我国农村电子商务呈现高速增长态势,2008年后增速放缓,目前我国农村电子商务正处于成长期向成熟期转变的阶段。农村经济发展水平和农村基础设施建设是影响我国农村电子商务发展的重要因素。
The development of rural e-commerce plays an important role in targeted poverty alleviation, cultivating new economic growth points in rural areas and narrowing the gap between urban and rural areas. In order to further understand the development process of rural e-commerce in China, this paper selects the relevant indicators of rural e-commerce from 2003 to 2017 and measures the development of rural e-commerce in China by principal component analysis. The results show that since 2003, the rural e-commerce in China has shown a rapid growth trend, and the growth rate has slowed down since 2008. At present, the rural e-commerce in China is in the period of transition from growth to maturity. The level of rural economic development and rural infrastructure construction are important factors affecting the development of rural e-commerce in China.
