PFNA配合补阳还五汤治疗老年股骨转子周围骨折的临床研究

Clinical efficacy of PFNA combined with Buyang Huanwu decoction in treating peritrochanteric fractures of the elderly

目的探讨PFNA配合补阳还五汤治疗老年股骨转子周围骨折的临床疗效.方法选取泰安市中医医院2016年3月~2019年3月收治的股骨转子周围骨折患者90例,根据随机数字表格法分为两组,对照组(n=45)接受PFNA治疗,观察组(n=45)在对照组基础上接受补阳还五汤加减治疗,对比两组患者下床时间和临床疗效.结果观察组患者下床时间(11.52±2.34)d,对照组患者下床时间(18.32±2.41)d,两组患者下床时间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组患者临床总有效率为93.33%(42/45),对照组患者为80.00%(36/45),两组患者临床疗效对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论PFNA配合补阳还五汤治疗老年股骨转子周围骨折的临床疗效满意,能够显著缩短下床时间,提高临床治疗效果,值得临床应用.

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of PFNA combined with Buyang Huanwu decoction in treating peritrochanteric fractures of the elderly.Methods Ninety patients with peritrochanteric fractures treated in Tai'an Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from March 2016 to March 2019 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method.The control group(n=45)received PFNAtreatment.On the basis of the control group,the observation group(n=45)received added and subtracted Buyang Huanwu Decoction,to compare the time of getting out of bed and the clinical effect of the two groups of patients.Results Patients in the observation group time to get out of bed at(11.52±2.34)d,and patients in the control group time to get out of bed at(18.32±2.41)d.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate was 93.33%(42/45)in the observation group and 80.00%(36/45)in the control group.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion PFNA combined with Buyang Huanwu Decoction is satisfactory in the treatment of elderly femoral peritrochanteric fractures,which can significantly shorten the time to get out of bed,improve the clinical treatment effect,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
