国际社交媒体传播:基于使用率的信息控制与舆论影响 被引量:8

International social media communication: information control and public opinion influence based on usage rate

摘要 通过调查全球180个国家和地区的社交网站、98个国家和地区的社交媒体APP使用情况发现,在国际社交媒体信息传播格局中,只有5个国家使用率最高的社交网站是本国产品,全球超过150个国家和地区使用率前三位的社交网站都是美国的产品,超过86个国家和地区周下载量排前三位的社交媒体APP是美国产品。美国通过这些社交媒体平台,掌控了国际社交媒体传播的信息控制权,并通过各种方式隐形干预各国舆论。美国的网络霸权,更甚于"国际信息新秩序"时期的影响力。我国应在国际范围内倡导建立新的国际社交媒体传播秩序,在国内建立相应的社交媒体信息传播治理体系。 By investigating the usage of social networking sites in 180 countries and regions, the social media APP in 98 countries and regions, it was found that in the international social media information dissemination pattern there are only five countries that the highest usage rate social networking sites belongs to their own, more than 150 countries and regions that the top three highest using social networking sites belong to the United States, more than 86 countries and regions that the top three highest weekly downloading social media APP belong to the United States. Through the social media platforms, the United States controls the information dissemination of international social media and intervenes the public opinion of other countries in various ways. The cyber hegemony of the United States is even more than the period of the "new international information order". China should advocate establishing a new international social media communication order in the international scope and establish a corresponding social media information communication governance system in domestic.
