判例检索系统是以司法机关已生效的判例文本或信息作为对象的查询和检索系统。判例检索系统的蓬勃发展是判例运用的一个典型现象,其在激活判例资源方面发挥了巨大的作用。判例检索系统的建设模式可以分为司法机关主导建设型和商业机构主导建设型两种。为数众多的判例检索系统在收录判例的来源、数量、采用的技术路径方面都存在一定差异,并在基础数据质量、信息抽取和关联、可视化呈现和检索公平性方面存在一些问题。判例检索系统最初的功能预设是实现判例的信息化呈现,目前则希望通过人工智能等技术在判例检索系统中的应用、建设模式的改变等将功能定位升级为促进判例体系的构建,并将判例检索系统发展为判例知识库,使得检索系统中的知识和技术赋能更多业务和应用。

Cases Assess Catalog(CAC),a catalog used to query or retrieve binding judgments,is highly efficient in the course of utilizing cases.Its flourish is a typical sign of this age.Available CACs could be divided into two construction models:the judicial authority-dominated model,and the company-dominated model.These CACs are different in sources,case quantities and technological paths,and they might be problematic in basic data quality,information extraction and relation,visualization and fairness.The functions of CAC will change,with possible technologies(AI,etc.)and new construction models,from purely assessment to establishing a case system as a knowledge base which is applicable in other fields.
