摘要
为了解决氧化锆陶瓷在着色过程中会出现性能受到破坏的问题,展开了新型非均匀沉淀制备工艺的研究,并创造性地开发和设计了一种新型稀土着色剂。这种着色剂专门用于氧化锆彩色化,并取得了阶段性成果。通过共沉淀法在不同温度下制备明黄色Ce3+∶YAG着色剂,证实了用于氧化锆着色的新型稀土着色剂具有良好的耐高温性能。通过对Ce3+∶YAG着色剂的光学性能的研究,说明了这种新型稀土着色剂的颜色鲜明、亮丽、纯正,是由它吸收蓝紫光而跃迁回基态放出黄光造成的。
In this paper,in order to solve the problem that the properties of zirconia ceramics possibly destroyed in the process of coloring,a new non-uniform precipitation preparation process was studied, and a new rare earth colorant was creatively developed and designed. This colouring agent is specially used for zirconia colouring, and has achieved staged results.The bright yellow Ce3+∶ YAG colorant was prepared by co-precipitation method at different temperatures, and it was confirmed that the novel rare earth colorant for zirconia coloring has good high temperature resistance.Through the study of the optical properties of Ce3+∶ YAG colorant, it is shown that the color of the new rare earth coloring agent is bright, bright and pure, which is caused by the absorption of blue-violet light and the transition back to the ground state to emit yellow light.
