摘要
通过溶胶-凝胶法合成了巨介电常数材料类钙钛矿型钛酸铜钙(CaCu3Ti4O12,CCTO)先驱物,采用一步烧结法得到纯度较高的CCTO材料。利用X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜、介电性能测试和阻抗谱测试对样品进行了结构、微观形貌、介电-频率、阻抗谱等分析表征,并讨论了CCTO的微观电导机理和晶粒晶界的性质,计算了晶界活化能。结果表明,此法制备的CCTO样品具有较好的结晶质量、较高的纯度以及优良的介电性能。
A perovskite-like type CaCu3Ti4O12(CCTO) giant dielectric constant material precursor was synthesized by sol-gel method. The final CCTO material with high purity was obtained by one-step sintering. X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, dielectric properties, and impedance spectroscopy were performed to analyze the structure, morphology, dielectric-frequency, impedance spectroscopy of the samples. The micro-conductivity mechanism and grain boundary properties of CCTO were discussed, and the activation energy of grain boundary was calculated. The results show that the samples prepared by this method have good crystallization quality, high purity and excellent dielectric properties.
