摘要
本研究以煤粉为碳源,通过硝酸回流法合成水溶性煤基碳量子点。研究发现,氨苄青霉素对碳量子点具有荧光增强效应,由此建立一种检测氨苄青霉素的分析方法。在优化条件下,氨苄青霉素对碳量子点的荧光增强程度与氨苄青霉素浓度在5.0~140.0μmol·L^-1范围内呈良好的线性关系,检出限为1.0μmol·L^-1。该方法可用于药品中氨苄青霉素的快速检测。
In this paper,water-souble carbon quantum dots(CQDs)were synthesized by nitric acid reflux with coal as carbon sources.It was found that ampicillin had a fluorescence enhancing effect on CQDs,so as to establish a new analytical method for the detection of ampicillin.Under the optimized conditions,linear relationship were found between the fluorescence enhancing effect of ampicillin on CQDs and ampicillin concentration in the range of 5.0~140.0μmol·L^-1,and the detection limit was 1.0μmol·L^-1.The method were applied to the detection of ampicillin in drugs.
