鼻咽癌颈部皮肤转移1例

A Case of Cutaneous Metastases from Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma

患者女,51岁,左侧颈部术后斑块、溃疡1年。皮损组织病理检查示:真皮内可见大量细胞团块,明显异型。免疫组织化学染色:CK5/6(3+),EBER(+),Ki-67约(40%+)。结合病史、病理以及免疫组织化学结果,确诊为鼻咽癌皮肤转移。

A 51-year-old female presented plaque and ulceration on left neck for one year after surgery.Histopathological examination of the lesion revealed cell mass in dermis with obvious heterogeneity.Immunohistochemistry showed CK5/6(3+),EBER(+)and Ki-6740%(+).Based on medical history,pathology and immunohistochemistry,the diagnosis of cutaneous metastases from nasopharyngeal carcinoma was made.
