病人参与医疗保健及其影响因素的研究进展

Research progress on patient participation in health care and its influencing factors

围绕“病人参与”的理念,对病人参与医疗保健的内涵、背景发展、研究工具、影响因素进行综述,指出未来的研究应在借鉴国内外相关经验的基础上,探索建立一个全面、系统、基于循证的理论框架,从而为促进我国医疗保健事业的发展奠定基础。

Based on the concept of"patient participation",this paper summarized the connotation,background development,research tools and influencing factors of patient participation in medical care.And it pointed out that in the future,we should establish a comprehensive,systematic and evidence‐based theoretical framework on the basis of the relevant experience in China and abroad,so as to lay a foundation for promoting the development of China's health care.
