Research progress of advance care planning for dying patients

就预先护理计划(ACP)概念和预先护理计划包含的预先医疗指令、替代决策者、生前预嘱,预先护理计划的影响因素和相关对策进行综述,并提出在临床中应鼓励医务人员积极探索预先护理计划的实践模型,积极开展以家庭为中心的预先护理计划讨论,开发符合国内病人的辅助决策工具去指导临床实践,最终协助病人制定符合自己意愿的临终意愿。

It reviewed the advance care planning concept and the content of the advance care plan,such as advance directives,alternative decision makers,living will,the influencing factors of the advance care planning,and related countermeasures.It also proposed that medical staff should be encouraged to actively explore the practice model of ACP in clinical practice,carry out family-centered ACP discussions,develop auxiliary decision-making tools suitable for domestic patients,in order to guide clinical practice.And it was adviced that medical staff should assist patients to formulate terminal wishes in line with their own wishes.
