摘要
对造血干细胞移植(HSCT)病人认知功能障碍的相关研究进行综述,介绍国内外对干细胞移植病人认知功能的评估工具、影响因素的研究进展,指出认知功能障碍会大大降低HSCT病人的生活质量,医务人员应当重视HSCT病人的认知功能变化,尽早采取措施避免和减少认知功能障碍的发生。
This paper reviewed the related studies on cognitive dysfunction in patients with hematopoietic stem cell transplantation(HSCT),And it introduced the research progress of assessment tools and influencing factors of cognitive function of stem cell transplantation patients in China and abroad.It pointed out that cognitive dysfunction would greatly reduce the quality of life of patients with HSCT.It was suggested that clinicians and nurses should pay attention to the changes of cognitive function in patients with HSCT,and take measures to avoid and reduce the occurrence of cognitive dysfunction as soon as possible.
