阿加曲班联合阿司匹林治疗急性脑梗死的疗效

Effect of agartreban combined with aspirin on acute cerebral infarction

目的探究阿加曲班联合阿司匹林治疗急性脑梗死的疗效,并对其安全性进行评估。方法选取2019年1月—2019年6月长治医学院附属和平医院以及长治医学院附属和济医院收治的急性脑梗死病例55例设为治疗组,并选取对照组55例,治疗组使用阿加曲班联合阿司匹林,对照组使用常规阿司匹林联合氯吡格雷治疗,两组均加基础他汀类降脂、活血化瘀等治疗,在治疗14 d后进行评估。结果相较于对照组,阿加曲班对于急性脑梗死神经功能的改善更加明显,降低血细胞比容(HCT)和延长活化部分凝血酶时间(APTT)存在明显的差异(P<0.05),与对照组相比,治疗组无增加出血风险。结论阿加曲班联合阿司匹林改善急性脑梗死神经功能症状效果显著。

Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of argatroban combined with aspirin in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods treatment group 55 cases,and control group55 cases with acute cerebral infarction were treated in the Heping Hospital Affiliated to Changzhi Medical College and Heji Hospital Affiliated to Changzhi Medical College from January 2019 to June 2019.The argatroban plus aspirin were used in the treatment group,the clopidogrel and aspirin were used in the control group.lipid-lowering therapy,promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis treatment were apllied,the cased were evaluated after 14 days.Results The neurological improvements have significant differences between the two groups,the levels of hematocrit value(HCT)decreased,and the activated partial thrombin time(APTT)extended in the treatment group,the difference being significant as compared with the control group(P<0.05).There was no difference of risk of hemorrhagebetween the treatment group and control group.Conclusion The argatroban combined with aspirin can significantly improve the neurological symptoms the cases with acute cerebral infarction.
