摘要 文章介绍了虚拟仪器的发展现状、系统结构优势和应用环境。以模块化、高效化为切入点详细阐述了如何将虚拟仪器技术运用于信号诊断系统中,以便能完成对于设备状态的实时监测和预警。为虚拟仪器技术在汽车主机厂设备信号诊断领域的开发和应用提供了思路。文末展望了虚拟仪器技术在主机厂的应用前景。 This paper introduces the Development status,advantage of the System structure and application environment of the virtual instrument.Elaborates how to apply virtual instrument technology to signal diagnosis system in detail from the point of modularization and high efficiency,in order to complete the real-time detection and early warning of equipment status.Providing ideas for the development and application of virtual instrument technology in the field of equipment signal diagnosis in automobile main engine plant.Finally,having the prospect of development direction in automobile main engine plant of the virtual instrument technology.
