油田建立基础保障标准体系的探讨

Discussion on Establishment of Oilfield Basic Guarantee Standard System

为适应油田生产、经营和管理活动的实际需要,推进标准化工作的持续有效开展,建立油田基础保障标准体系。将中原油田现行基础保障标准体系下的11类标准子体系进行系统化梳理、整合,完善不合时宜的标准,建立油田基础保障标准体系,更好地为油气生产服务,提升油田生产效益,为其他油田基础保障标准体系的研究提供参考。

In order to meet the actual needs of oilfield production,operation and management activities,promote the sustainable and ef⁃fective development of standardization work,and an oilfield basic guarantee standard system is established.The 11 kinds of sub-sys⁃tems in the current basic guarantee standard system of Zhongyuan Oilfield are systematically analyzed and integrated,the inappropriate sub-standards are improved,and a new basic guarantee standard system is established to better serve the oil and gas production and improve the production efficiency of the oilfield,which provides reference for the research of the basic guarantee standard systems of other oilfields.
