我国三城市医务人员对艾滋病暴露前药物预防知识知晓情况

Knowledge awareness of HIV pre-exposure prophylaxis(PrEP)among medical staff in three cities of China

目的了解我国三城市医务人员对艾滋病暴露前药物预防(PrEP)知识知晓情况。方法采用问卷调查方式收集北京、深圳、昆明三个城市的五家传染病医院医务人员的基本情况、艾滋病防治基本知识知晓、PrEP知识知晓情况,以及相关影响因素。结果共调查了1851名医务人员,平均年龄为34岁,女性占79.6%(1474名);医生占36.3%,护士占45.2%;非手术临床科室占47.4%,57.0%从事过艾滋病防治相关工作。医务人员的艾滋病防治基本知识知晓率为98.5%;71.4%听说过PrEP,PrEP知识知晓率为16.3%。从事过艾滋病防治工作的医务人员PrEP知晓比例显著高于其他人。结论医务人员对于PrEP的正确认知仍有不足,需有针对性地对不同岗位和专业的医务人员开展PrEP知识和咨询技能培训。

Objective To learn about the knowledge awareness of HIV pre-exposure prophylaxis(PrEP)among medical staff in three cities of China.Methods A questionnaire was designed to collect the information on knowledge awareness of HIV/AIDS prevention and treatment,PrEP and related influence factors of medical staff in five infectious diseases hospitals of Beijing,Shenzhen and Kunming.Results A total of 1851 medical workers were surveyed.The average age was 34 years,and 79.6%(1474)were female.Doctors accounted for 36.3%and nurses for 45.2%.Those from non-surgical clinical departments accounted for 47.4%,and 57%were engaged in AIDS prevention and treatment.The rate of knowledge awareness of AIDS prevention and treatment among medical staff was 98.5%.71.4%had heard of PrEP,16.3%had knowledge of PrEP.The awareness rate of PrEP among medical staff engaged in AIDS prevention and treatment was significantly higher than those of others.Conclusion Medical staff still need publicity and education of PrEP knowledge,and further training is necessary to carry out for them.
