广州市某大学学生艾滋病高危行为及性行为调查与分析

Analysis of AIDS-related high-risk behaviors and sexual behaviors of college students in Guangzhou

目的调查大学生艾滋病(AIDS)高危行为及性行为现状,为制定更有效健康教育及干预方案提供参考。方法2017年11月以自愿、匿名回答问卷方式调查广州市某非医学专业文科高校1752名学生AIDS高危行为、性取向、性伴及第一次性行为的年龄等资料。结果AIDS日常高危行为及性高危行为发生率分别为18.7%(327/1752)、0.9%(16/1752),三年级学生、来自农村学生日常高危行为发生率高于其他年级学生和来自城市、城镇的学生(P值=0.004、0.006);男生性高危行为发生率1.9%(11/590)显著高于女生0.4%(5/1162)(P值=0.003)。有性行为的大学生占学生总数3.9%(69/1752),其中男生占男生总数8.5%(50/590),女生占女生总数1.6%(19/1162)(P值<0.001);有性行为学生中性高危行为发生率23.2%(16/69),回答性取向的学生中,异性占52/65、同性13/65;男男性行为、多个性伴及性伴为性服务者等高危人群性行为中未每次使用安全套占100%。发生第一次性行为的平均年龄为(18±1.7)岁,较2013年报道提前约2.5岁,最小年龄为13岁。有性行为学生中,有性高危行为的第一次性行为年龄较无性高危行为者低(P值=0.026)。结论部分学生对AIDS预防意识不足,有性行为学生中性高危行为发生率高,男生在性行为及性高危行为中扮重要角色,性教育及AIDS预防教育应从小学高年级开始。

Objective To investigate the status of AIDS-related high-risk behaviors and sexual action of college students,and to provide references for development of more effective health education and intervention programs.Methods AIDS-related high-risk behaviors,sexual orientation,sexual partners and the age of the first sexual act were investigated among 1752 students from a liberal arts college of Guangzhou by using a voluntary and anonymous questionnaire in November 2017.Results The prevalence of high-risk behaviors and high-risk sexual behaviors was 18.7%(327/1752)and 0.9%(16/1752).The prevalence of high-risk behaviors among the 3 rd grade students and rural students was significantly higher than that of other grades and those from cities′and towns′(P:0.004 and 0.006).The male students′prevalence of high-risk sexual behavior(1.9%11/590)was significantly higher than females′(0.4%5/1162)(P:0.003).3.9%(69/1752)had sex act,with 8.5%(50/590)of males,higher than 1.6%(19/1162)of females(P<0.001).Among the students with sexual behaviors,23.2%(16/65)had high risk sexual behavior.Among the students who answered sexual orientation,80%(52/65)was heterosexual,and 20%(13/69)homosexual.100%of MSM,those with multiple sexual partners and commercial sex did not use condom every time of their sex act.The average age of the first sexual act was 18±1.7 years and about 2.5 years earlier than that reported in 2013,with a minimum age of 13 years.Among the students with sexual behaviors,the age of the first sexual high-risk behaviors was lower than that of those with non-sexual high-risk behaviors′(P:0.026).Conclusion Part of students have insufficient awareness of AIDS knowledge and prevention.The students with sexually action have high incidence of high-risk behaviors.The male students have more sexual act and high-risk sexual behaviors.We should start the sexual education and AIDS prevention education earlier from the upper-grade of primary school.
