摘要
随着我国加入世界贸易组织以来,食用菌产业得到了迅速的发展,近年来,不管是生产总量,还是贸易总量均具世界首位。但是随着国际市场环境的变化和食用菌贸易的持续发展,食用菌产业的国际市场竞争力和食用菌的产品结构特征之间的矛盾愈发明显,严重阻碍了我国食用菌产业在国际范围内的可持续发展。通过对食用菌产品贸易发展及出口结构现状进行了全面的介绍,通过各项指标评价我国食用菌产业的竞争力,旨在促进我国食用菌产品的出口。
With China’s accession to the world trade organization, the edible mushroom industry has developed rapidly. In recent years, both the total production and the total trade volume have the first place in the world. However, with the change of the international market environment and the sustainable development of the mushroom trade, the contradiction between the international market competitiveness of the mushroom industry and the product structure characteristics of the mushroom industry becomes more and more obvious, which seriously hinders the sustainable development of China’s mushroom industry in the international scope. The trade development and export structure of mushroom products were introduced, and the competitiveness of China’s mushroom industry by various indicators were evaluated, in order to promote the export of China’s mushroom products.
