摘要
食用菌是中国重要的农产品,虽然中国食用菌产能已居世界前列,但食用菌的出口贸易却很低,"一带一路"的宏伟构想为这一问题的解决提供了新思路。在"一带一路"沿线国家食用菌出口贸易现状分析的基础上,讨论了企业的产品创新、我国食用菌产业结构的调整,为提高企业国际竞争力提供参考意见。
Edible fungi are a kind of important agricultural product in China. The production capacity of edible fungi in China has ranked first in the world, but the export trade of edible fungi is very low. The grand idea of "one belt and one road"provides a new way of thinking for solving this problem. Based on the analysis of the export status of edible fungi in the countries along the belt and road, this paper discusses the product innovation, pricing strategy and "diversification"export strategy of the enterprises, and analyzes the influence of "one belt and one road"on the international competitiveness of China’s edible fungi export trade. It is of great practical significance to adjust the industrial structure of edible fungi and improve the international competitiveness of enterprises.
