摘要
食用菌具有较高的营养及药用价值,经过特殊工艺处理之后,能够让食用菌中丰富的天然营养具消除运动员疲劳的效用。食用菌功能性饮料之所以能够消除运动员疲劳感,主要因饮料能够有效地确保运动之后的血糖容量保持平衡。同时,还可以稳定其体内环境、促进血液循环、加速散热,以此有效消除运动员的疲劳感。基于此,通过针对运动员补充食用菌功能性饮料的主要情况进行深入研究,分析其饮料在消除运动员疲劳感中的作用。
Edible fungi has high nutritional and medicinal value. After special processing, it can make the rich natural nutrition in edible fungi become the effect of eliminating athletes’ fatigue. The main reason why the functional beverage of edible fungi can eliminate the fatigue of athletes is that the beverage can effectively ensure that the blood sugar volume after exercise is kept in balance. At the same time, it can stabilize the internal environment, promote blood circulation and accelerate heat dissipation, so as to effectively eliminate the fatigue of athletes. Based on this, the main purpose of this paper is to make a deep research on the supplement of mushroom functional beverage for athletes, and analyze the role of the beverage in eliminating the fatigue of athletes.
