奈氏西地西菌致泌尿道感染1例报道并文献复习

Urinary tract infection caused by Cedecea neteri:a case report and literature review

本文报道1例由奈氏西地西菌致泌尿道感染的病例,并通过文献检索相似病例报道,对西地西菌属感染患者的一般情况、原患疾病、细菌耐药特点及治疗方法等进行分析。经对检索文献进行分析发现,西地西菌属感染者多表现为机会性感染,易感人群主要为免疫功能受到抑制的患者,该菌常表现为对多种抗菌药物耐药,亦有多篇对碳青霉烯类抗菌药物耐药的报道。在临床中必须重视抗菌药物治疗前进行合格的中段尿细菌培养,根据细菌培养结果进行有效的目标性治疗。

We reported a case of urinary tract infection caused by Cedecea neteri,and analyzed the general situation,original disease,bacterial resistance characteristics and treatment methods of the patients infected with Cedecea through similar literature search.Through the literature analysis,we found that the patients infected by Cedecea were often opportunistic infections,and the immune function of the mainly susceptible persons were suppressed.The Cedecea was often resistant to a variety of antibacterial drugs,and there have been several reports about the resistance to carbapenems.Therefore,in clinical practice,we must pay more attention to the qualified midstream urine bacteria culture before antimicrobial therapy,and carry out effective targeted treatment according to antimicrobial susceptibility test.
