双氯芬酸钠滴眼液联合小牛血去蛋白眼用凝胶治疗风湿性疾病相关干眼的疗效观察研究

Clinical Effect of Combined Use of Diclofenac Sodium Eyedrops and Deproteinized Calf Blood Extract Eye Gel in Treatment of Rheumatic Diseases Associated Dry Eye

目的通过联合用药方式探究双氯芬酸钠滴眼液联合小牛血去蛋白眼用凝胶治疗风湿性疾病相关干眼的临床效果和安全性。方法纳入风湿性疾病相关干眼或干眼症患者40名75眼,予双氯芬酸钠滴眼液及小牛血去蛋白凝胶各4次点眼治疗,并在基线及治疗一月后进行眼科相关检查及一般检验。结果40例患者中,31例(77.5%)女性,9例(22.5%)男性。患者平均年龄为(39.52±5.67)岁。患眼用药前后最佳矫正视力及眼压在用药前后均无显著统计学差异(P>0.05)。Schirmer试验及泪膜破裂时间较治疗前明显增加;角膜荧光染色积分较治疗前明显下降;眼表疾病指数总评分较治疗前明显下降,其中以异物感、眼睛疼痛及空调下不适症状减轻最为显著,上述指标均具有显著统计学差异(P<0.05)。治疗前后所有患者均无出现严重不良反应。结论双氯芬酸钠滴眼液联合小牛血去蛋白眼用凝胶治疗风湿性疾病相关干眼短期内效果显著,具有安全性。

OBJECTIVE To evaluate the clinical effect and safety of combined use of diclofenac sodium eyedrops and deproteinized calf blood extract eye gel in the treatment of rheumatic diseases associated dry eye.METHODS Seventy-five eyes of 40 patients with rheumatic diseases associated dry eye were enrolled and combined use of diclofenac sodium eyedrops and deproteinized calf blood extract eye gel were given 4 times a day.Ocular examinations and regular blood tests were perform before and one month after treatment.RESULTS Thirty-one were female patients and 9 were male patients.The average age was(39.52±5.67)years old.No significant difference was found in best corrected visual acuity and intraocular pressure before and after treatment(P>0.05).Significantly increased Schirmer test and tear break-up time were observed,while significantly decreased corneal fluorescein staining evaluation and ocular surface disease index were observed.No severe complication was presented during the treatment process.CONCLUSION Combined use of diclofenac sodium eyedrops and deproteinized calf blood extract eye gel in the treatment of rheumatic diseases associated dry eye was effective and safe in short term.
