摘要
炎性小体是一类介导宿主对微生物感染及细胞损伤免疫应答的蛋白复合体。近年来关于炎性小体核苷酸结合寡聚化结构域样受体家族中的核苷酸结合寡聚化结构域样受体蛋白3(NLRP3)炎性小体的研究愈加广泛。NLRP3炎性小体可识别多种病原相关分子模式和损伤相关分子模式,进而激活下游的炎症通路,引发炎症反应,与慢性阻塞性肺疾病、感染性肺炎、哮喘、硅沉着病等常见呼吸系统疾病的发生、发展有着密切的联系。
Inflammasome is a cytoplasmic macromolecular complex that orchestrates early inflammatory responses of the innate immune system against infection of microorganism and cell damage.Studies on nucleotide-binding oligomerization domain-like receptor protein 3(NLRP3)of the nucleotide binding oligomerization domain-like receptors family have been carried out extensively.It’s found that NLRP3 inflammasome can recognize many kinds of pathogen-associated molecular patterns and damage-associated molecular patterns,and then activate the downstream inflammatory pathway and trigger the inflammatory response,which is closely related to the respiratory system diseases such as chronic obstruct pulmonary disease,infectious pneumonia,asthma,silicosis etc.
