氧化应激在脓毒症中的发病机制

脓毒症导致机体多器官、多系统功能损伤的作用机制十分复杂。在脓毒症发病的全过程中,线粒体损伤、炎症反应和氧化应激三者之间相互影响、相互作用形成恶性循环。脓毒症发生时,相关毒素及炎症介质诱导引发氧化应激反应,从而损伤全身血管内皮细胞功能,增加血管通透性,破坏线粒体功能,最终导致脓毒症患者各器官、各系统功能障碍。氧化应激是脓毒症多脏器、多系统损伤的根本机制,应用抗氧化剂可能成为脓毒症治疗的新策略。

The mechanism of multiple organ and system functional damage caused by sepsis is very complex.In the whole process of sepsis,mitochondrial injury,inflammatory response and oxidative stress interact with each other,forming a vicious cycle.When sepsis occurs,related toxins and inflammatory mediators induce oxidative stress response,which damages the function of vascular endothelial cells throughout the body,increases vascular permeability,destroys mitochondrial function,and ultimately leads to dysfunction of various organs and systems in the patients.It is believed that oxidative stress is the fundamental mechanism of multiple organ and system damage in sepsis,and the application of antioxidants may be a new strategy for the treatment of sepsis.
